APPROVED SHORT SALES

All of the homes that will be sent to you will be APPROVED shorts sales from the bank.  They are still NOT bank owned properties but are further along the process.  Short Sales can take 4-6 months to go through and your never guaranteed that the bank will sell them.  An APPROVED short sale, all though not quaranteed, has a better chance of being approved by the bank to be SOLD.  Please fill out the form below.
